Mark and I went to Vegas over New Year’s with a couple of friends of ours. I wanted to make sure I got at least one workout in while we were there, (besides the tremendous amount of walking we did!), so I did this quick 2o minute workout in our hotel (bathroom, actually, while everyone else was chilling in the room–I did make sure there was no water anywhere, so I was good to go!). This was good when I was short on time, had no equipment and didn’t want to spend time on the hamster wheel, aka treadmill:)
40 seconds work/2o seconds rest, 4 x through:
- Pushups (when I got tired, I did them elevated on the bathtub)
- Jump Squat
- Pistol L (to the bathtub)
- Pistol R (to the bathtub)
- Burpee
I love this. I will try it next time I’m traveling and can’t get outside.
